Hydrogen Electrolyzer BLULAB Cell Stack 4.0

The Hydrogen Electrolyzer Cell Stack 4.0 introduces a specific version of a water reactor, equipped with a blubler at the top of the reaction core, with the control electronics separated from the electrochemical reactor. This version, with its robust characteristics, is ideal for installations in extreme environments, exposed to atmospheric agents and subject to intense operational stresses. BLULAB Cell Stack 4.0 has been designed for applications requiring continuous operation, often associated with power generators, furnaces, and other industrial applications. When used individually, it is particularly suitable for automotive applications with engine displacements up to 3000cc.

Thanks to its versatility, it is indeed ideal for installations on moving vehicles, exposed to external agents, and for container placements as a cell stack, a set of electrolytic cells connected together in series or in parallel, configured to function as a single unit to increase the gas production capacity of the overall system.

The modular structure of BLULAB Cell Stack 4.0 makes the electrolyzers easily scalable.By adding or removing cells from the stack unit, it is possible to adapt the production capacity to specific needs.

Basic Features

1. Universal self-learning of minimum and maximum operating values of engine load. The self-learning system allows pairing BLULAB Cell Stack 4.0 with vehicles and engines of different types, wear and tear states, maintenance, usage conditions, and efficiency; this optimizes saving performance and the level of reliability and compatibility.
2. Real-time gas production regulation based on the required performance of the engine or other machinery. Real-time gas production based on operational needs eliminates gas storage and accumulation and therefore all related issues. It also optimizes the energy absorption of the system, reflecting on saving performance and the level of reliability and safety of the system as a whole.
3. Automatic management of electrolyte sector refilling with demineralized water from a secondary tank.
4. Gas production cutoff in the event of a drop in operating regime or engine load to 0% and engine shutdown.
5. Automatic power supply cutoff in the absence of water in the reactor.
6. Temperature control of the anode and cathode as well as power Mosfets and automatic anti-boiling protection of the electrolyte sector. The anti-boiling control allows maintaining the system in optimal operating conditions and avoiding the formation of water vapors that would contaminate the produced gas, reducing its quality. Each BLULAB Cell Stack 4.0 system is developed with excellence standards for the quality and characteristics of the produced gas.
7. Upon engine shutdown, the electronic control unit waits for a preset time to activate a vacuum pump placed in correspondence with the vehicle's suction circuit to extract any residual gases. This allows aspirating any residual gases, thus eliminating the risk of detonations during the subsequent engine startup.
