The Board of Trustees oversees the activities of innovative projects, evaluating investments and designated partners for mass production and entry into international markets.

The Board of Trustees is composed of Class A Shareholders, who ensure the protection of beneficiaries' interests, including investments from Class B shareholders. Each member of the Board of Trustees possesses specific expertise in the field of technological projects held in trust, enabling a solid path in the direction and destination of innovative projects. The current Trustee has at least 10 years of experience in administering companies with an international context and approves decisions of the Board unanimously.
